Refund policy

Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on cosmetic and personal care products once they have been opened or used.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items not in their original condition
  • Products returned outside of the 14-day window

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns
