Pre-Orders
All products from The Luxe Touch are made using a pre-order system, meaning your items are freshly prepared after your order is placed unless stated otherwise.
By placing an order, you agree to the processing and shipping timeframes outlined below.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 14 days.
Please note:
This 14-day period is for preparation and production only and does not include shipping/delivery time.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- UK Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
- UK Express Delivery: 1–2 working days
Delivery times are in addition to the 14-day processing period.
Order Updates
You will receive:
- An order confirmation email after purchase
- A dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped
Delays
As all products are made to order, delays may occasionally occur during busy periods.
We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed of any significant changes to your order.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the courier.
However, we will assist where possible in resolving delivery issues.
